f 31 ¶ Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed,10 which a man took, and sowed in his field: 32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. h. 33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which 10 a corn of Senevey. Wi. be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. e MAT. iii. 12. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped. And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great wine-press of the wrath of God. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. 44 ¶ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto 15 scandals. Rh. Ham. A. V. things that cause offences. Wh. And And many shall folw their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth all be evil spoken of. MAT. iii. 12: He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable e. REV. xix. 20: And the beast was taken, and with him the Ise prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he ceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and em that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive o a lake of fire burning with brimstone. do. xx. 10: And the vil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and imstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall tormented day and night for ever and ever. WISD. iii. 7: In the time their visitation they shall shine, and run to and fro like sparks ong the stubble. 1 COR. XV. 41-43, 49: There is one glory the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of stars; for one star differeth from another star in glory. So o is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; s raised in incorruption: it is sown in dishonour; it is raised glory it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. And we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the age of the heavenly.
