THE same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.

the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

12 For whosoever inch, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

14 And in them is filled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith. By hearing ye shall hear,

AcTs, xxviii. 26, 27: Go unto this people, say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and g ye shall see, and not perceive: For the heart of this le is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, should be converted, and I should heal them. ROM. xi. According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit umber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they d not hear unto this day. 2 COR. iii. 14, 15: Their mind's blinded for unto this day remaineth the same vail unaway, in the reading the old testament, which vail is done in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, ail is upon their heart.

For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things, &c. as in MAT. xiii. 17. Jony, xx. 99: Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed; blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed. 2 Cor. iv. 6: For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

DAN. ii. 44: In the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed. HAG.
