30 And he said unto him, Oh, let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.

9 And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow "came in to sojourn, and The will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee than with them. And theypressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.

10 But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.

11 And they smote the men Pthat were at the door of the house withblindness,both small and great; so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

6¶ And Sarah said, iGod hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear kwill laugh with me. 7 And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given chil dren suck? for I have borne him a son in his old age.

16 And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron, and Abraham iJe. 32. 9. iweighed to Ephron the silver which he had named in the audience of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant. 17 ¶ And the field of Ephron, which wasin Machpelah, which was before Mamre, the fieldand the cave which was therein, and all the trees that were in the field, that were in all the borders round about, were made sure 18 Unto Abraham for a possession in the presence of the children of Heth, before all that went in at the gate of his city. 19 And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah, before Mamre: the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan. 20 And the field, and the cave that is therein were made sure unto Abraham for a possession of a burying-place, by the sons of Heth.
