Morning Prayer.

IVE Ear unto my Words, O Lord, that hear eft Prayer, and therefore to thee fhall all Flefh come: Confider my Supplication; hearken unto the Voice of my CRY, my KING and my GOD, (a) for unto thee will I pray.

(a) Matth. vi. 6. When thou PRAYEST, enter into thy Clofet, and when thou haft fhut thy. Door, PRAY to thy FATHER which is in SECRET, and thy Father which feeth in SECRET shall reward thee openly. Matt. XXI. 22. All things believing, ye fhall receive. John whatfoever ye fhall ask in Prayer, xv1.23. Whatfoever ye fhall ask the Father in my Name, he will

give it you. Ask, and ye fhall re

ceive, that your Joy may be full. Fam. v. 16. The effectual fervent PRAYER of a righteous Man availful for nothing, but in every thing eth much. Phil. 1v. 6, 7. Be careby PRAYER and SUPPLICATION, with THANKSGIVING, let your Requefts be made known unto God.

And the Peace of God, which paffeth all Understanding, fhall keep your Hearts and Minds, through Jefus Chrift.

In this and the ensuing Prayers, the Expreffions in the Singular er Plural Number of I or We, &c. may be varied as the CircumBance requires.
