I Do Believe, Help My UnbeliefXulon Press, 2007 - 220 من الصفحات The idea for this book originated from Mark 9:24. We confess our belief in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but when faced with trials that affect our lives deeply, we often experience an element of doubt. We don't doubt the existence of our Creator and His divine plan for us, we simply lack the faith we need to believe that He knows, He cares, and He will do what is best in whatever situation we may find ourselves. The experiences shared in this book are common, for we have all suffered similar trials. Therefore, we chose to share these stories to demonstrate that none of us are ever alone. We have one another, and we have God working in our lives. His will is that our suffering will add strength and the determination that will "increase our faith", that we may persevere to the end and be an example to other women who endeavor to "fight the good fight." Dixie Bowman and her husband have been faithful Christians for 38 years. They have 5 children and 15 grandchildren. Dixie is the creator and editor of Sarah's Seed a quarterly publication written by Christian women for Christian women. She has taught children's and ladies Bible classes for many years. The mother of six faithful children, she is a talented writer, photographer and artist. Kerry has taught children's classes for a number of years and has written a book on the study of James. |
