Then Herod when he had privily call'd the wife men, enquired of them diligently what time the ftar appear'd. 8. And he fent them to Bethlehem, and faid, Go and fearch diligently for the young child, and when ye have found bim bring me word again, that I may 9. come and worship him alfo. When they had heard the King, they departed, and lo, the ftar which they faw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood 10. over where the young child was. When they faw the ftar they rejoiced with ex11. ceeding great joy. And when they were come into the houfe, they faw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treafures, they prefented unto him gifts; gold and frank12. incenfe, and myrrh. And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.

Jofeph's flight with Christ into Egypt.

Return of Jofeph from Egypt.

UT when Herod was dead, behold, 19. an Angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Jofeph in Egypt, faying, Arife, 20. and take the young child and his mother and go into the Land of Ifrael, for they are dead which fought the young child's life. And he arofe, and took the young 21. child
